3 Days of Trekking - Hiking in the Tunisian Desert
Set off on a silent, introspective adventure through the Tunisian desert, where the starry night sky and the majestic company of camels create an atmosphere of harmony and peace.
This 3-day trek offers a captivating escape from the daily hustle and bustle, a total immersion in the raw beauty and immensity of the Sahara.
Your trip begins with a comfortable transfer from Djerba, Zarzis, Gabès, or Tozeur to Douz, known as the gateway to the desert.
This first stage in a 4x4 or minibus prepares you for the unique experience that awaits you.
In Douz, your camel guides welcome you with their camels, ready to carry not only your belongings but also your dreams across the golden dunes.
The desert opens before you like a blank canvas, inviting exploration and contemplation.
For three days, you will cross changing desert landscapes, from undulating dunes to vast expanses, where the silence is broken only by the footsteps of camels and the blowing of the wind.
The evenings will be devoted to rest under the stars, with meals prepared over a wood fire and moments of sharing and introspection.
