Ksar Ouled Soltane: Immortalized in “The Phantom Menace” as Mos Espa (Episode I), this ksar offers unique architecture and an authentic atmosphere.

Ksar Hadada: Used for the Mos Espa scenes in "The Phantom Menace" (Episode I), this site is a must-have for fans.

Ksar Médenine: Another site from “The Phantom Menace” (Episode I), known for its fortified granaries and its historic atmosphere.

Matmata and the Sidi Idriss Hotel: Famous for being the Lars Farm in “Attack of the Clones” and “A New Hope” (Episodes II and IV), Matmata is famous for its troglodyte dwellings.

Chenini: Used for exterior scenes, this Berber village offers breathtaking landscapes.

Leaving from Gabès, you will begin your visit to the filming sites, with the Ksar of Médenine.

STAR WARS ON TATOOINE DAY TOUR PROGRAM

Pick-up at 7 a.m. in front of your place of stay in Gabès.

Visit to Ksar Médenine (Star Wars decor - Episode 1).

Visit to Ksar Ouled Soltane (Star Wars decor - episode 1).

Lunch in a restaurant in Guermassa.

Visit to Ksar Hadada (Star Wars setting-Episode 1).

Visit to Matmata and the Troglodyte houses and the Sidi Idriss hotel. (Star Wars closes Lars).

Return and drop-off at your place of stay in Gabès around 6:00 p.m.

Information:
Transportation is either by 4x4 or minibus depending on the number of participants.

Our vehicles can be equipped with baby seats on request.

This day trip is open to people with reduced mobility under certain conditions (contact us).

Our prices are incl. VAT and in €, they decrease depending on the number of participants:

For private day trips, reductions for children under 11 only apply to groups of 4 or more paying adults.

The price includes:

Your guide will pick you up, and you will board a comfortable 4X4 vehicle that will accompany you throughout this adventure.

Visit to Ksar Hadada:
In the afternoon, you will continue your exploration of the Star Wars sets by visiting Ksar Hadada, the filming location for the Tatooine slave quarter scenes.

Everything went well during our excursion.

The driver (Karim) and guide (Mahmoud) were on time for our departure. 6:30 a.m. at our hotel in Djerba. The car was very comfortable and Karim fast and safe. Mahmoud, very interesting and really friendly, gave us a lot of explanations about each site and we had a good chat during the trip. There are quite a few cars but there is a lot to see. We were really pleased to be able to see all these sites in 1 day. Very nice experience which will leave us with good memories.
