PROGRAM OF THE TRIP TO THE INTERNATIONAL SAHARA FESTIVAL OF DOUZ

Day 1 :

Departure from your place of stay in Gabès, towards Douz.
Arrival in Douz and immersion in the festive atmosphere.
Discovery of traditional arts shows, dance and Saharan music.
Lunch at the restaurant.
Participation in cultural workshops and discovery of local crafts.
Observation of traditional sporting competitions, such as camel races.
Dinner and night in a 4* hotel in Douz,

Day 2:

Breakfast.
Continuing to discover the festival: concerts, poetry readings and historical presentations.
Exploration of the surrounding desert landscapes, offering a beautiful escape into the wilderness.
Lunch at the restaurant.
Departure for Matmata, visit to troglodyte houses, and return to Gabès at the end of the afternoon.

The trip is done in 4X4.

Our vehicles can be equipped with baby seats on request.

This trip is not open to people with reduced mobility.
