FROM GABES, TWO-DAY TREK IN THE DJEBEL DAHAR IN SOUTH TUNISIA
From Gabès, set off for an exceptional two-day trek in the heart of the magnificent Berber region of Tataouine, in Tunisia.
This journey, of moderate technical difficulty, invites you to explore the majestic Jebel Dahar, winding between the ancestral villages of Chenini, Douiret and Guermassa. An invitation to discover a world apart, where time seems to have stopped.
This unique experience will begin in Chenini, a troglodyte village that stands proudly on the slopes of the mountain, offering breathtaking panoramas. The trek will continue towards Douiret, another jewel of Berber architecture, abandoned and silent, testifying to a rich history
and complex. The adventure will reach its climax at Guermassa, the highest point of this hike, where the lunar landscape mixes with the vestiges of a glorious past.

Transportation is either by 4x4 or minibus depending on the number of participants.
Our vehicles can be equipped with baby seats on request.
This trek is not open to people with reduced mobility.
