QUAD RAID IN THE SAHARA TWO-DAY TRIP FROM DOUZ

Day 1: Departure from Douz and Quad Exploration

Early departure from Douz after a safety briefing and an introduction to quads.
Start of the expedition through the desert, with stops to appreciate the unique panoramas of the Sahara.
Picnic in the desert for lunch.
Continuation of the adventure in the afternoon, exploring new territories and sensations.
Set up the bivouac or arrive at the Saharan camp at the end of the afternoon for a traditional dinner and a night under the stars.

Day 2: Continued Adventure and Return to Douz

Breakfast at sunrise, with a breathtaking view of the dunes.
Second day of quad exploration, discovering new aspects of the desert and its hidden wonders.
Lunch in the middle of the desert, a final immersion in the Saharan atmosphere.
Return to Douz at the end of the afternoon, ending this memorable adventure.

NB: The excursion is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced quad riders.

The quads are easy to use and a safety briefing is provided to you before the excursion begins.

Information:

You will have one quad per person, children can ride behind an adult.

You will not have water to wash yourself, bring wet wipes.

There is no network in the desert, make your calls before leaving.

This excursion is not open to people with reduced mobility.

The price includes:

Pick-up and drop-off at your place of stay.
Authorizations for the desert.
Transport by 4x4 or private minibus, with driver.
The services of a guide approved by the ONTT*, speaking French, English, German or Italian.
Quads ( 1 quad per person ).
Picnic lunches.
Dinner and overnight in a Saharan camp.

Don't forget:

A complete change of clothes.
Toiletries and a towel.
Wet wipes.
A small trash bag.
A flashlight or headlamp.
Sunscreen.
Hat or cap.
Hiking shoes.
Sunglasses.
Backpack.
Water bottle.
Camera.
Warm clothes for the evening as it can get very cold in winter.
If you tend to feel cold, we recommend sportswear for sleeping and if you need to go out at night.
Some cash for personal expenses.
