4-DAY STAR WARS TATOOINE TOUR PROGRAM
Day 1:

Pickup at 8:00 AM from Djerba airport. (Flight from Tunis available on request).

Crossing the Chott El Djérid, the salt lake.

Departure for visits to the oases of Tamerza, Chebika, and the Mides canyon (190 km, 3 hours of travel).

Visit Ong Jmal and Mos Espa (Star Wars set).

Return to Tozeur (40 km, 40 minutes of travel).

Dinner and overnight at the 4-star Ksar Rouge hotel or equivalent, or at a guesthouse (double rooms).
Day 2:

Departure to Chott El Djérid (Lars Homestead - Episodes II, III, and IV).

Visit Sidi-Bouhel canyon (Star Wars Episode I and IV) (65 km, 1 hour 10 minutes of travel).

Road to Douz (110 km, 1 hour 40 minutes of travel).

Visit the petrified dunes and the palm grove irrigation system in Kébili.

Lunch at a restaurant in Douz.

One-hour camel ride in the white sand dunes of the desert.

Departure to Matmata (100 km, 1 hour 20 minutes of travel).

Day 4:

Pickup at 7:30 AM from the hotel in Djerba.

Departure to Ajim (Mos Eisley - Episode IV, Ben's house).

Visit Sidi Jmour (Anchorhead, Mos Eisley - Episode IV). Mos Eisley, Ajim on the island of Djerba, where Luke and Obi-Wan meet Han Solo and Chewbacca. The exterior of Obi-Wan's house is a mosque, and Chalmun's Cantina, its domed roof, can still be seen. This is where you find Figrin D'an and the Modal Nodes, the band of musicians.

Visit the pottery village of Guellala and have lunch at a fish restaurant.

Visit Djerba Hood.

Visit the Ghriba synagogue.

Free time in Houmt Souk.

Drop-off at Djerba airport around 6:00 PM. (Flight to Tunis available on request).

Surprising, unexpected, unforgettable!

My 2 sons and I were very delighted with this Starwars tour. Very well organized, we visited many magnificent, unusual places and were always welcomed by very kind and caring Tunisians. We slept in an unusual hotel the 2nd night, great! Mahmoud is a great guide, very attentive and Salim a great driver. Thanks again to both of you. The rhythm is, on the other hand, sustained; which is understandable since we visit as many places as possible in 3 days.

Star Wars Grand Tour
An unforgettable adventure during which we visited Star Wars sites, but also discovered local culture and natural wonders in the desert, canyons and oases. Optional but don't miss the quad in the desert, great! We also loved the unusual experience of sleeping in a Ksar, it’s quite incredible! Thanks to Mahmoud and Salem for their professionalism and availability. This stay will remain engraved in our memories!

An unforgettable journey in the footsteps of the Skywalker.
An incredible trip!! I already want to go back even though I haven't even left! It was 4 really great days with many discoveries, particularly about the history of the country thanks to lots of anecdotes from our great guide Yosr (yoyo).
On the many roads we took we needed a driver who knew the terrain well and it was achieved, Hafed is an excellent driver (he will have to do the Dakar), he showed us lots of places and he was great kind and caring!!
Also, for those who are interested, the sets of the Star Wars films are really beautiful and it's definitely worth a visit.
Anyway, thank you very much to both of them for this extraordinary trip, I will never forget it!! <3
