Day 1:

Pickup at 7:30 AM from your accommodation in Tozeur.

Departure for visits to the oases of Tamerza, Chebika, and the Mides canyon.

Lunch in Tamerza.

Visit Ong Jmal and Nefta.

Return to Tozeur. Dinner and overnight at the Ksar Rouge 4* hotel or equivalent, or in a guesthouse. (Double room basis).
Day 2:

Departure for the Chott El Jerid.

Visit the Sidi-Bouhel canyon.

Route to Douz.

Visit the petrified dunes and the palm grove irrigation system.

Lunch in Douz.

Departure for the Ksar Ghilane oasis.

At Ksar Ghilane, visit the oasis with an optional swim in the 32°C hot spring (optional).

OPTIONAL: Camel ride €15/hour, Quad ride €30/hour (to be paid on-site).

Departure in a 4X4 to the Zmela Saharan camp via the track (20 km).

For the evening, bring warm clothes as it can be very cold in winter.
If you are cold, for the camp we recommend sports tracksuits for sleeping and if you need to go out at night.
Blankets, pillows and sheets are provided at the camp.
